
It is the policy of James O’ Connor that all work for our clients is carried out to their specification and is completed on time and within budget.
We aim to deliver completed projects that meet and exceed client requirements. In order to meet this and our other quality objectives, all employees are trained, duties and responsibilities agreed, project targets are set, and all sites and departments are regularly audited by the Quality Team with regard to quality of work, performance against programme and compliance with James O’ Connor’s management system.
The Management emphasises that the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers' needs is the responsibility of all employees.
It is the responsibility of all managers and supervisors to ensure that everybody under their control understands the system and that it is implemented and maintained in their areas.
